MicroTech Labs LLC is an independent Microsoft 365 reseller and IT consulting firm. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or owned by Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft Corporation is not responsible for our services, pricing, support, or any claims made on this website.

1. Our independence

MicroTech Labs LLC operates as an independent business entity. We make purchasing decisions, set our own prices, and provide our own customer support independently of Microsoft Corporation. Our relationship with Microsoft, where it exists, is through the standard Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program channel, in which we act as an indirect reseller sourcing subscriptions through authorized Microsoft distributors.

No statement on this website should be construed as implying a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or special authorization between MicroTech Labs LLC and Microsoft Corporation beyond what is established through the standard CSP channel.

3. What MicroTech Labs LLC is not

MicroTech Labs LLC is not:

  • Microsoft Corporation or any subsidiary of Microsoft Corporation
  • An official Microsoft support channel
  • A Microsoft-authorized service center
  • A Microsoft Certified Partner (unless and until such status is publicly verified in Microsoft's partner directory)
  • Responsible for Microsoft's products, services, uptime, pricing changes, or feature changes

4. What MicroTech Labs LLC is

MicroTech Labs LLC is:

  • A Wyoming-registered limited liability company (USA)
  • An independent Microsoft 365 reseller sourcing subscriptions through authorized Microsoft CSP distribution channels
  • A provider of Microsoft 365 consulting, setup, migration, and managed support services
  • The developer and operator of BRB CRM, SignRight e-signatures, and B2B chat integrations
  • A B2B-only service provider serving businesses in the United States and Canada

5. Our supply chain

All Microsoft 365 subscriptions we sell are genuine Microsoft cloud subscriptions sourced through Microsoft's authorized Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) distribution channel. The supply chain is: Microsoft → authorized CSP distributor → MicroTech Labs LLC → customer's Microsoft tenant.

Every subscription is provisioned directly to the customer's own Microsoft tenant. Customers can verify every license independently in their Microsoft 365 admin center at admin.microsoft.com.

6. What we do not sell

MicroTech Labs LLC does not sell and has never sold:

  • Microsoft 365 Personal or Microsoft 365 Family (consumer plans)
  • Office Home & Student or Office Home & Business
  • Standalone Microsoft Office product keys delivered by email
  • Perpetual Microsoft Office licenses (Office 2019, Office 2021, Office 2024 retail)
  • Any product described as "Never Expires", "Lifetime Activation", or "One Time Payment"
  • Volume License keys (MAK or KMS) outside authorized channels
  • OEM keys for retail resale

Our catalog is limited to Microsoft 365 Business and Enterprise cloud subscriptions, Microsoft Azure, Exchange Online, and the professional services we deliver around these products.
