MicroTech Labs LLC ("MicroTech Labs", "we", "us", or "our") is a Wyoming-registered limited liability company providing Microsoft 365 consulting, reseller services, and software products including BRB CRM, SignRight e-signatures, and B2B chat integrations. Our registered address is 1021 E Lincolnway, Suite #10331, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001, United States.

We are an independent Microsoft 365 reseller and consulting firm. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or owned by Microsoft Corporation.

We collect information you provide directly to us, and information collected automatically when you use our services.

Information you provide:

  • Name, business email address, phone number, and company name when you submit our discovery call form or contact us
  • Company size, service interests, and project timeline when completing our intake form
  • Payment information when purchasing our products or services (processed securely by our payment providers — we do not store card details)
  • Communications you send us by email or through our contact form

Information collected automatically:

  • IP address and approximate location
  • Browser type and version
  • Pages visited and time spent on pages
  • Referring website
  • Device type and operating system

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your discovery call requests and service inquiries
  • Deliver the services you have engaged us for
  • Send quotes, proposals, invoices, and service-related communications

  • Microsoft: When provisioning Microsoft 365 subscriptions, your organization's tenant information is shared with Microsoft as part of the CSP provisioning process. Microsoft's privacy policy applies to data processed within their systems.

  • Business transfers: If MicroTech Labs is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website for the following purposes:
