We stand behind our work. Here is exactly what is covered, what isn't, and how to request a refund.

Consulting and setup services

All one-time consulting and setup engagements (tenant setup, email migration, security configuration, Outlook setup, Azure projects) are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a completed project within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we will issue a full refund of the service fee paid. We do not require you to explain why — your satisfaction is our standard.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 30 calendar days of the project delivery date
  • The refund request must come from the authorized account holder or signatory
  • The request must be submitted in writing by email to contact@microtechlabs.io

Managed IT support

Managed support plans are billed monthly in advance. If you cancel your managed support plan:

  • With 30 days written notice: your plan continues until the end of the current billing period with no additional charges
  • Immediately (without notice): we will refund the pro-rata unused days in the current billing period
  • Annual plans cancelled within 30 days of the annual renewal date: full refund of the renewal payment

There are no early termination fees. You own your Microsoft tenant and can move to any provider at any time.

Microsoft 365 subscription fees

Microsoft 365 subscription fees are governed by Microsoft's own cancellation and refund policies, which vary by subscription type and commitment term. MicroTech Labs LLC does not control Microsoft's billing terms.

General Microsoft policies (subject to change — verify at microsoft.com):

  • Monthly subscriptions: May be cancelled at any time; current period non-refundable
  • Annual subscriptions (paid monthly): Cancellable within first 30 days for pro-rata refund; after 30 days, you pay for the remaining term
  • Annual subscriptions (paid annually): Refund within first 30 days only

We will assist you with the cancellation process and liaise with our CSP distributor on your behalf, but the final refund decision for Microsoft license fees rests with Microsoft.

Software products

BRB CRM and SignRight managed subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. We will refund the pro-rata unused portion of the current billing period.

BRB CRM source code licences are digital products and are non-refundable once the source code has been delivered. We encourage you to schedule a demo call before purchase to confirm the product meets your requirements.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact us in writing:

Please include in your refund request:

  • Your company name and contact details
  • The service or product you are requesting a refund for
  • Your invoice number or order reference
  • The reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)

Processing time

We will acknowledge your refund request within 1 business day. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution — typically 3-10 business days after processing.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If this is not possible, we will arrange an alternative with you.
