How quickly will I receive my Microsoft 365 license?
Microsoft 365 subscriptions are provisioned within 2 hours of order confirmation during business hours (Mon to Sat, 9 AM to 7 PM EST). We contact you to confirm details before provisioning. Nothing is billed until the service is confirmed and active.
How do I receive an on-premise license key?
License keys for perpetual products (Windows Server, SQL Server, Office LTSC) are delivered digitally to your email address within 2 business hours of payment confirmation. Setup documentation is included.
Is MicroTech Labs an official Microsoft partner?
Yes. MicroTech Labs operates as Microtech Cloud LLC, a registered Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Indirect Reseller with Microsoft Partner ID 7130689. You can verify our status directly on the
Microsoft Marketplace. All licenses are sourced through Microsoft's authorized CSP distribution channel.
What is your refund policy?
Microsoft 365 subscriptions and perpetual software licenses are non-refundable once provisioned or delivered, which is standard for CSP licensing. Exceptions apply for billing errors or undelivered licenses. For professional services (email migration, tenant setup), we offer a 7-day refund window if the service was not completed as agreed. Can I transfer my existing Microsoft 365 subscription to MicroTech Labs?
Yes. Transferring an existing Microsoft 365 tenant to a new CSP is a standard process and does not disrupt your email or data. Contact us and we will walk you through the steps — typically completed within 1 business day.
