These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of microtechlabs.io and your purchase of products or services from Microtech Cloud LLC, operating as MicroTech Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Microtech Cloud LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company (Filing ID: 2026-001985179) operating as MicroTech Labs. We are an authorized Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Indirect Reseller with Microsoft Partner ID 7130689. We are not Microsoft Corporation. We are an independent third-party reseller of Microsoft products.

All Microsoft products sold through MicroTech Labs are genuine Microsoft licenses sourced through authorized distribution channels. We do not sell grey market, academic, OEM, or unauthorized license keys.
All prices displayed on our website are in US dollars and represent current retail pricing. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.
For Microsoft 365 subscriptions, billing is monthly per user. Your subscription will renew automatically each month unless cancelled. We will notify you before any material pricing changes.
For perpetual licenses, payment is due in full before license delivery. For professional services, payment terms will be specified in a written agreement or invoice prior to commencement of work.
We do not charge hidden fees. The price quoted is the price you pay.
Submitting a quote request or consultation form does not constitute a binding order. An order is confirmed only when:
Nothing is billed or provisioned until the order is explicitly confirmed by both parties. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Microsoft 365 subscriptions are provisioned within 2 business hours of order confirmation during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM EST). Perpetual license keys are delivered digitally to your confirmed email address within 2 business hours of payment confirmation. Professional service timelines are agreed in writing before commencement.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control including Microsoft's provisioning systems. We are not liable for delays caused by Microsoft's systems or infrastructure.

All Microsoft products are subject to Microsoft's own licensing terms and end-user license agreements (EULAs). By purchasing a Microsoft license through us, you agree to be bound by Microsoft's terms in addition to these Terms. Microsoft's terms take precedence over ours with respect to the software itself.
You agree to use Microsoft products and our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable Microsoft licensing terms. You may not resell, sublicense, or transfer any license purchased through us without our prior written consent and compliance with Microsoft's transfer policies.
Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Windows, Office, Azure, Teams, and related product names are registered trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. MicroTech Labs makes no claim to these trademarks. Our use of Microsoft product names on this website is solely to describe the products we are authorized to resell.
The MicroTech Labs name, website content, and materials are owned by Microtech Cloud LLC. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Microtech Cloud LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any Microsoft product. Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific product or service.
We are not responsible for any issues arising from Microsoft's software, systems, or infrastructure, including but not limited to downtime, data loss, or security vulnerabilities within Microsoft's platforms.
Our services are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond those we are explicitly authorized to pass through from Microsoft. Microsoft's own service level agreements and warranties apply to Microsoft products and are available directly from Microsoft.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Laramie County, Wyoming.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
