How do you charge for services — hourly or fixed price?
Fixed price per engagement. We give you a quote before any work starts. You know the full cost upfront. No hourly billing, no surprise charges for work that takes longer than expected.
Will my email go down during a migration?
No. We run the migration in the background while your existing email stays active. The DNS cutover to Microsoft 365 happens at the end and typically takes under an hour. Your users may experience a brief delay in delivery during the cutover window, but no email is lost.
Do I need to buy a Microsoft 365 license before you set it up?
No. We handle the license purchase as part of the engagement. You pay us, we provision your licenses through our CSP channel and include setup in the same scope. One invoice, one point of contact.
How long does tenant setup take?
Most tenant setups complete within 24 hours of purchase confirmation. Email migrations with existing data typically take 24 to 48 hours depending on data volume. We confirm the timeline before work begins.
Can you handle a business that already has Microsoft 365 but needs it reconfigured?
Yes. Existing tenant cleanup, license reassignment, domain verification fixes, and email security configuration are all standard engagements. Describe what is broken or misconfigured and we will scope a fix.
