We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages viewed. This is collected via Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (see Section 4).

• Comply with legal obligations applicable to our business

4. Third-party services and data sharing

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Google Analytics 4 — website usage analytics. Data is anonymised and used in aggregate. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Tag Manager — tag management. Does not independently collect personal data.
• Microsoft Clarity — website analytics and session recording. Clarity records how visitors interact with our pages (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, and general navigation) to help us improve the site. Sensitive input fields are masked. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
• Google Ads — conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. We do not share personally identifiable information with Google Ads.
• Microsoft (Pax8 distribution channel) — license provisioning. Your name, email, and business details may be shared with Microsoft as necessary to provision your subscription or license.
• Email hosting (Google Workspace) — our business email runs on Google Workspace. Communications sent to contact@microtechlabs.io are stored on Google's infrastructure.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any other third parties.

5. Cookies

Our website uses cookies for the following purposes:

• Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity use cookies to track website usage and record how visitors interact with our pages. These cookies do not identify you personally.
• Advertising cookies — Google Ads uses cookies to measure conversions when you visit our site after clicking an ad.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some functionality of the site. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies or delete them at any time.

Inquiry and contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months. Order and billing records are retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by US tax and business law.

Our website uses HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
